Part II: Individual Integrity, Collective Integrity, and the Art of Communications
Many people believe that saying what you mean and doing what you say are the hallmarks of integrity. This applies to both individuals and corporations.
Still, both struggle with bringing this integrity to everyday verbal and written communications. In fact, some of our widely-accepted communications make it difficult for individuals to practice their core beliefs
on integrity.
This interactive workshop highlights the issues and challenges we face as individuals and organizations in America and offers suggestions and recommendations for building integrity into all communications.
Topics include:
1. Building a framework for communications and integrity
2. Assessing one’s own communication style
3. Understanding the impact of one’s communication style on superiors, peers, and subordinates
4. Why saying what you mean is not always easy!
5. Strengthening the integrity factor in all communications
6. How to handle sabotage and betrayal in the workplace
