Alon Israely, Esq., CISSP
Business Intelligence Associates, Inc. (BIA)

Alon Israely has over fifteen years of experience in a variety of advanced computing-related technologies. Alon is a Senior Advisor in BIA’s Advisory Services group, consulting with clients on legal compliance, e-discovery and data related issues. Prior to BIA, Alon consulted with law firms and their clients on a variety of technology issues, including expert witness services related to computer forensics, digital evidence management and data security. Prior to that, he was a senior member of several IT teams working on projects for Fortune 500 companies related to global network architecture and data migrations projects for enterprise information systems. As a pioneer in the field of digital evidence collection and handling, Alon has worked on a wide variety of matters, including several notable financial fraud cases; large-scale multiparty international lawsuits; and corporate matters involving the SEC, FTC, and international regulatory boards. Alon holds a B.A. from! UCLA and received his J.D. from New York Law School with an emphasis in Telecommunications Law. He is a member of the New York State Bar as well as several legal and computer forensic associations.

Julie M. Lewis, Esq.
Carestream Health

Julie M. Lewis is the Director of Litigation and Managing Counsel at Carestream Health and has been with Carestream since 2007. She came to Carestream from the Rochester law firm of Harris Beach, LLP. where she was a partner in the Commercial Litigation Department. Prior to joining Harris Beach Julie was a Monroe County Assistant District Attorney prosecuting violent felonies. She has extensive litigation and trial experience having been primary counsel in over thirty jury trials. Julie was also an adjunct professor at St. John Fisher College.

Julie was a recent finalist for the Monroe County Athena Award and was the recipient of the New York State Police Law Enforcement Achievement Award. She is a Member of the Advisory Board of the Breast Cancer Coalition of Rochester and the Board of Legal Assistance of Western New York and was previously on the Board of Directors of the Monroe County Bar Association and its Foundation. Julie is currently a member of the Monroe County Bar Association Judiciary Committee which rates local candidates running for judicial office and is its immediate past co-chair.

Julie is the mother of 11 year old twins and resides in Pittsford with her husband.

Devin L. Palmer, Esq.
Boylan Code, LLP

Devin L. Palmer concentrates his practice on bankruptcy, collections and litigation. He serves as Chair of the firm’s Collections Department. He graduated from the University of Buffalo Law School in 2001.

Mr. Palmer is a member of the Monroe County and New York State Bar Associations. He serves on both the Professional Performance Committee and the Bankruptcy Committee of the MCBA, and is a member of Rochester’s Emerging Bar Leaders (REBL).

Mr. Palmer has had two articles published in the Daily Record, and is a frequent lecturer on bankruptcy topics throughout Western NY. He is also an active participant in the Volunteer Legal Services Program, serves as Boylan Code’s United Way representative, and is a former volunteer with the Law Explorer’s Mock Trial Competition.
